Amgen Senior SAS Consultant 2/19 – Present.

·       Heavy use of Proc SQL in a Databricks and prior to that the Hadoop framework.

·       Marketscan, Optum, Optum_EHR, Optum Market Clarity Data, McKesson, Japanese Health Data

·       OMOP 5.3

·       SAS Grid server environment with a SAS EG 8.2.

·       Main deliverables are QC’d   SAS datasets imported into Spotfire for internal client visualizations.

·       I have been the primary programmer on several projects related to Aimovig, Evenity, Otezla, Enbrel, and most recently Gastric Cancer using McKesson data.

·       Real World Data such as Optum , Optum_EHR, and MarketScan are used for full, 360 view visualizations of incidence and prevalence patients, encompassing their index dates, baseline medications, baseline comorbidities, and time to event survival curves such as time to discontinuation.  Depending on the analysis, Sankey diagrams of medication switching, and lab data for appropriate measures such as A1C, or other blood chemistry are also added to the deliverable mix.
